  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, rice wine, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Sear the chicken pieces until browned on all sides.

  4. Cover and cook on low heat, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and glazed (about 25–30 minutes).

  5. Optional: Finish under the broiler for a crispy, slightly charred skin.

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Save about 1/2 cup of the noodle water before draining.

  2. In a separate pan, sauté garlic cloves in a little oil until lightly golden.

  3. Add cooked noodles to the pan.

  4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and reserved noodle water.
