Although anybody could be a hero, those individuals tend to have the option of becoming an actual hero more often than others.
One of the reasons why a hero may step up to the plate is in the case of the missing child. It is one of the most stressful issues a parent would have to ever go through, and the people of Ontario County, New York, found that out personally.
A 2-year-old girl had gone missing from her home in that area and many in the community were looking for her. One person who was nearby was a state trooper, Brian Hotchkiss.
