Instructions
1. Prepare the Ribs
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Remove silver skin from the ribs, then cut into individual pieces.
- Place ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1½ hours until tender.
2. Make the Sticky Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.
- Simmer over medium heat until thickened, about 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in butter at the end for shine.
3. Glaze & Broil
- Remove ribs from the oven and coat with sauce.
- Return to oven under the broiler for 5–7 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
- Flip once and glaze again if desired.

- Prep time: 15 minutes
- Cook time: 1 hour 45 minutes
- Total time: 2 hours
- Serves: 4 people

- Garnish with green onions or toasted sesame seeds.
- Add 1 tsp grated ginger for extra depth.
