* How to cook
1. Boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces, marinate with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, flour, a little salt and ground pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes
2. Heat oil, add onions and garlic, saute until fragrant, then add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until soft, then add chicken. Season with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little sugar and stir-fry until chicken is cooked. Scoop onto a plate, sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onions on top and enjoy
