Procedure:
in a pan heat oil and fry liver then set aside at the same pan saute onion,garlic and ginger put gizzard saute until golden brown add soysauce ground pepper,sugar and bay leaves simmer for 5mins add red chili and vinegar (do not stir) let sauce reduce(2-3mins) add the fried liver and stir well add long green chili for toppings
serve and enjoy!
