- Preheat & Prepare Pan:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make Cake Batter:
- Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions (usually by mixing with eggs, oil, and water).
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Add Strawberry Filling:
- Spoon the strawberry pie filling in dollops over the cake batter.
- Use a knife or spatula to gently swirl the filling into the batter (do not fully mix).
- Prepare Cream Cheese Topping:
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
- Swirl lightly with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake:
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake (avoiding cream cheese streaks) comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve:
- Let the cake cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
