For the Crust:
2 cups chocolate wafer cookies, crushed (about 14 cookies)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Ice Cream Layers:
1 quart (1 container) strawberry ice cream, softened
1 quart (1 container) vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Optional Garnish:
Extra fresh strawberries
Chocolate curls
