📝 Instructions:
Preheat & Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker (or shortbread) crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even, compact crust.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until set and lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup granulated sugar until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
(Optional: For a strawberry swirl, gently fold in your strawberry puree or chopped strawberries. Then use a knife or skewer to create soft swirls.)
Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Tap the pan gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.
Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until completely set.
Slice and serve chilled, savoring each luxurious, velvety bite of berry-infused indulgence!
Enjoy your Strawberry Siren Velvet Cheesecake – a dreamy masterpiece where every slice sings of creamy bliss and berry enchantment!
