Cut the strawberries and sauté them in a pan with the lemon juice and sugar.
Strain the juice and set the strawberries aside.
Separate the yolks and whites, whisk the yolks with the sugar, then add the mascarpone.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar.
Mix the two ingredients together and assemble the tiramisu.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
