Ingredients:
4 apples (prefer sweet varieties like Gala or Golden for a more pleasant taste)
3 eggs (detail the size: large eggs recommended)
150 g of applesauce without added sugar (for even more moistness, opt for homemade applesauce)
150 g of wholemeal flour or wheat flour (wholemeal flour will provide fiber and a stronger taste)
1 sachet of baking powder (11 g) (check the expiration date to ensure its effectiveness)
1 plain yogurt or Greek yogurt (Greek yogurt will add a creamier texture)
50 g of almond powder (optional, it adds moistness and a slight almond flavor)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional, an excellent complement for apples)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (to enhance the flavors)
