Heat oil in large pot to 350 degrees. Mix flour, milk, egg, and vanilla together.
Use a cooking funnel, or pour mixture into ziplock bag, and cut the corner off.
Pour batter over hot oil, in whatever design you want.
Fry for about 1.5 to 2 minutes each side.
I sprinkle mine with powdered sugar, & caramel syrup.
Boog likes her with chocolate syrup.
