Prep the Vegetables: Peel and grate the potatoes and carrot.
Cook the Bacon: Chop and cook the bacon until crispy; set aside.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, carrot, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, wheat flour, and cooked bacon. Mix well to form a cohesive mixture.
Form & Bake: Shape the mixture into patties or a single large form, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving.
