In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, salt, and warm milk. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Combine the flour, eggs, condensed milk, and yeast mixture. Make a dough and let sit for 2 hours. Then form balls and place them in a baking dish. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Then bake at 356°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
