- Add Vegetables:
- Add the grated carrots and beetroots to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Season and Cook:
- Season with salt, black pepper, and dried garlic.
- Add ketchup, sugar, and a splash of water. Stir well.
- Cover the skillet and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- Finish with Walnuts:
- Once cooked, stir in the chopped walnuts.
- Serve:
