1. Dissolve the passion fruit Tang sachet in 1 cup of cold water.
2. In another container, dissolve the morango Tang sachet in another cup of cold water.
3. Divide the liter of milk into two equal parts. In a large bowl, mix half of the milk with the passion fruit Tang mixture.
4. In another container, mix the other half of the milk with the morango Tang.
5. Add 1/2 cup of whipping cream and 1/2 can of condensed milk to each container. Mix well until all the ingredients are integrated.
6. Fill the pen bags or popsicle molds with each of the flavor mixtures. If you want to make combined pens, you can alternate layers of passion fruit and morango in the bags.
7. Place the bags or molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 6-8 hours or preferably overnight.
8. Once frozen, your creamy pens will be ready to enjoy!
