How to settle telework expenses in 2025?
The process is simple, but requires a bit of rigor:
- Log in to your personal space at
- In the “Salaries” section, click “Edit” .
- Answer “NO” to the question about maintaining the 10% reduction.
- Manually enter the total amount of business expenses.
- Please indicate the calculation method used ( e.g.: 3 days x 45 weeks = 135 → limited to 100 days → 100 × 2.60 EUR = 260 EUR ).
- Add all additional costs: transportation, meals, equipment , etc.
- Keep all supporting documents ( invoices, contracts, photos of the work site, etc. ) for 3 years . They may be required in the event of an inspection.
Good to know : if you use the room exclusively for remote work, you can deduct part of the rent , in proportion to the space used.
Dates you can’t miss
The incident reporting service is available from April 11, 2025. Here are the dates to remember depending on your department:
- Zone 1 (departments 01 to 19) : until 22 May 2025
- Zone 2 (departments 20 to 54) : until May 29, 2025
- Zone 3 (departments 55 to 976) : until June 5, 2025
Paper declaration : must be sent before May 20, 2025 , the postmark date is proof.
Even if you have nothing to correct, remember to check the pre-filled amounts . A mistake can be costly!
