Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Foil Packets

Juicy pineapple and sweet, tangy teriyaki sauce, all conveniently packaged in a foil packet, have a remarkable combination. These Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Foil Packets are a simple, mess-free dish that can be baked, grilled, or even cooked over a campfire!

Ingredients:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 ½ cups fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

½ red onion, sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

¼ cup teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ginger powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons chopped green onions, for garnish

1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
