- 2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon of unrefined sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of organic ginger juice
- ½ cup of pure organic apple juice
- ½ cup of warm purified water
How to prepare it:
- Warm about 100 ml of filtered water (don’t let it boil).
- Pour it into a glass.
- Add the sea salt and stir until it dissolves.
- Mix in the apple juice, ginger juice, and lemon juice.
- Stir well and drink it right away.
How to use it:
Start by drinking this mix three times a day:
- Once in the morning before breakfast
- Once before lunch
- Once in the early evening (around 6–7 p.m.)
Make sure to drink plenty of water during the day — at least 8 glasses. Try to drink more water earlier in the day so you’re not waking up at night to use the bathroom.
This natural drink is safe for most people, but if you’re pregnant, have health conditions, take medication, or have allergies, check with your doctor before trying any cleanse.
Note: People with diabetes should not use this recipe, since apple juice contains a lot of natural sugar.
