Instructions:
Use parchment paper or lightly oil the baking sheets and preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat until fully mixed. Toss in the vanilla essence.
In a separate basin, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Carefully combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ones, one at a time. Make sure not to mix it too much.
Toss in the semisweet chocolate chips with care, making sure they are uniformly distributed throughout the dough.
Drop dough by the tablespoonful onto prepared baking sheets, leaving approximately 2 inches of space between each, using a spoon or cookie scoop.
After ten to twelve minutes in a preheated oven, the edges of the biscuits should become golden brown.
After a little while on the baking sheets, move to wire racks to cool entirely.
How about some handmade chocolate chip cookies? They go well with milk or your favorite beverage.
These biscuits are perfect for sharing with loved ones and will satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth. Have fun!
