Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts or thighs at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Pour the jar of salsa over the seasoned chicken, making sure to cover all pieces.
3. Put block of cream cheese on top.
4. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. The chicken is done when it is tender enough to be easily shredded with a fork.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred the meat using two forks, and stir it to soak up the salsa mixture evenly.
6. Serve hot with your chosen sides and enjoy the warmth and depth of flavors brought to you by this unbelievably simple dish.
