Whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon) in a separate basin.
Mix together the dry and wet components. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture while stirring constantly.
Place batter on top of caramel: Fill up each loaf pan with ½ of the batter. Swirl ½ cup of caramel topping over the top. Pour in the rest of the batter.
To bake, stick a toothpick into the middle and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the pick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before serving. Savor it!
