Instructions:
Get All of the Ingredients Ready: To begin, slice the ginger root lengthwise and remove its skin. Use the inner gel of an aloe vera leaf to extract the clear gel; avoid using the outside green section, since it may have a laxative effect.
Chop the ginger and mix it with the aloe vera gel and water (or coconut water) in a blender. Combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
Remove as much liquid as possible from the mixture by straining it through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh strainer before serving. A teaspoon of honey or a squeeze of lemon may be added to taste if preferred.
Instructions for Use: First thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, take a little glass of this tonic to get the most out of it. The tonic is really powerful, so it’s best to start with a little dosage and see how you react.
The antimicrobial qualities of ginger and aloe vera make them useful in the battle against infections and strengthening the immune system.
