1. Prepare the Beef Liver
Remove the membrane from both sides of the liver and divide it into two parts.

Cut the liver into thin sheets, then into 4–5 cm rectangles.

Cover the liver pieces with plastic wrap and gently pound them with a meat hammer.

Dip the liver slices in flour and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the core from the apples and slice them thinly. Fry the slices in oil until golden brown on both sides.
6. Layer in Baking Dish
Place half of the fried apple slices on the bottom of a baking dish.
7. Add Liver and Seasoning
Place half of the fried liver over the apples and season with salt and pepper.
8. Sauté Onions
In a separate pan, sauté the onions in oil until soft. Add turmeric and paprika and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
9. Add More Layers
Add a layer of sautéed onions, then the remaining apples, followed by the remaining liver.
10. Final Onion Layer
Top with the rest of the sautéed onions.
11. Bake
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
