You want to be a coward and continually talk about people behind their back with no intention of ever helping or addressing them? Do it. Keep hiding in your cushy little corner of the firehouse like no one sees you. Like no one knows what’s going on. You’re ruining your reputation and you cannot be trusted. Keep choosing cowardice over courage. Let’s see where that gets you in life.

Realistically, we actually won’t see where that gets you. No one will. If you keep acting like this, your circle will be small if it exists at all. You have an issue with someone or something someone said? Have the courage to have the conversation, or keep quiet. It’s pretty simple.
