Grease the pan with sunflower oil. Pour a little batter into the pan, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Fry the pancakes on one side until cooked through. Arrange the prepared pancakes on a plate. The suggested portion of batter will yield approximately 25 pancakes.
For the filling, you need to mash the cottage cheese with sugar and an egg. Add poppy seeds or raisins to taste and mix everything well.
We put curd filling on each pancake. We wrap them in the form of an envelope or roll and place them in a pan, cauldron, or casserole, coating each layer with sour cream and melted butter. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Once the dish is cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool slightly and serve.
