This Dubai Chocolate Roll Cake is a delicious dessert

Ingredients

• 4 large eggs, room temperature
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 cups oat flour (or finely ground rolled oats)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Dark Chocolate Ganache:

• 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional, for extra shine and richness)

For Dusting (optional):

• Cocoa powder or powdered sugar
