Celal Bayar, the famous Turkish university, did a study on the effects of wild thyme on breast cancer cells. To use the essential oil optimally, dilute a few drops in a carrier oil. Then apply the mixture with your finger to the back of the palate and near the affected area. Since this oil is very powerful, dilution is highly recommended.
To consume it, simply put 1 or 2 drops on a spoonful of honey.
