1 wheel of brie cheese sliced into small cubes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut each sheet into approximately 2-inch squares.
3. Place a cube of brie in the center of each pastry square.
4. Top the brie with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and gently press to seal.
6. Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
