Sprinkle the cheese over the skillet and cover. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until that gooey goodness melts down beautifully.
6. Serve it hot
Top with fresh herbs, crushed red pepper, or a dollop of sour cream if you’re feeling fancy. Then dig in and watch it disappear
