Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake Potatoes: Spread potatoes in the prepared dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Add Cheese and Bacon: Remove foil, sprinkle bacon and cheeses over potatoes. Bake uncovered for 15-20 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions (optional), and serve warm.
