If you want to relax and unwind, try applying pressure to your feet at certain locations, such the arches and the space between your big and second toes.
To increase circulation and release muscles even more, include stretching and kneading motions.
To lock in the advantages of the massage and to hydrate the skin, finish the massage with a mild moisturizing cream or oil.
