General Tso’s Chicken is a classic Chinese-American dish that has become a staple in many households. The dish is named after General Tso Tsung-tang, a famous Chinese military leader and statesman, but the origins of this dish remain a mystery. Regardless of its origin, General Tso’s Chicken has become a beloved dish across the world, and this slow cooker recipe is no exception.

That’s why I’m sharing this slow cooker recipe, which is both healthier and tastier than the traditional deep-fried version. This recipe is a family favorite, and I’m sure it will become one of yours too.
