2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable broth

1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:

Drizzle with olive oil and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta absorbs the liquid (~10 minutes).
