A symbolism… which varies according to the person

Some consider it as a symbol of listening—logical, considering its position so close to the ear. Others select it during a period of change, as a small, intima:te revolution, a gentle way of saying that something has evolved. It can also indicate a newfound independence, an “I gave it to myself, for me,” without asking anyone’s opinion.

An aesthetic that transforms fashions
What’s noticebale about the tragus piercing is its longevity. It’s never really vanished from the radar, even when other styles have lost their luster. Perhaps because it suits easily into all styles: bohemian, rock, minimalist, urban… And it pairs just as well with other ear jewelry as it does with a sleek look.

And what does that say about energy?
Some people, more friendly to energy-based approaches or those from traditional Chinese medicine, consider the tragus as a delightful point. It is sometimes linked with the regulation of stress or anxiety disorders. But this continues controversial, and we should not depend too much on it as a miracle solution.
