. Moisten stuffing with broth if dry
Mix & Form:
. Combine potatoes and stuffing in large bowl
. Fold in shredded turkey
. Season with pepper if needed
. Form into 12 golf ball-sized portions
Choose Your Method:For Baked Version:
. Preheat oven to 375°F
. Place on lined baking sheet
. Bake 10-12 minutes until hot and crispy
For Pan-Fried Version:
Roll balls in panko breadcrumbs
. Heat butter/oil in nonstick pan
. Fry until golden, turning gently
Serve:
1/ Top with hot gravy
2/ Add cranberry sauce if desired
3/ Serve immediately while hot
