Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, celery, and garlic until soft.

Stir in Bell’s Seasoning, then let cool slightly.

Make the Meatloaf Mixture:

Pulse remaining 1 cup stuffing mix into fine crumbs.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, salt, pepper, soaked stuffing, veggie mixture, and crumbs. Mix gently (don’t overwork!).

Shape & Bake:

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.

Shape mixture into a loaf with wet hands.

Bake 55-60 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 155°F. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.

Make the Gravy:

Melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in flour. Cook 2-3 minutes until golden.

Gradually whisk in hot turkey stock until smooth.
