Instructions

  1. Prep & Soak:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F.

    • In a large bowl, combine 3 cups stuffing mix with 2 cups turkey stock. Let sit to soften.

    • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, celery, and garlic until soft.

    • Stir in Bell’s Seasoning, then let cool slightly.

  3. Make the Meatloaf Mixture:

    • Pulse remaining 1 cup stuffing mix into fine crumbs.

    • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, salt, pepper, soaked stuffing, veggie mixture, and crumbs. Mix gently (don’t overwork!).

  4. Shape & Bake:

    • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.

    • Shape mixture into a loaf with wet hands.

    • Bake 55-60 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 155°F. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.

  5. Make the Gravy:

    • Melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in flour. Cook 2-3 minutes until golden.

    • Gradually whisk in hot turkey stock until smooth.
