Preparing the Pap (Ugali):
1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
2. Gradually add the maize meal while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
3. Reduce heat and continue stirring until thick and smooth.
4. Cover and let it steam for 5 minutes.
5. Serve warm.
Cooking the Stewed Sausages:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausages until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
3. Stir in paprika, curry powder, black pepper, and tomato paste, cooking for 1 minute.
4. Add blended tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
5. Pour in the broth, add salt, and return the sausages to the pan.
6. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Making the Salad (Kachumbari):
1. Mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
2. Add lemon juice and salt.
3. Stir well and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Serve everything together on a plate and enjoy!
