Brush each slice of bread with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic.
Layer mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on two slices of bread.
Add sautéed shrimp on top of the cheese.
Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
In the same pan, grill the sandwiches on medium heat, pressing down gently until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
