1. First, separate the eggs. Then, beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the remaining ingredients, including the egg yolks, in a bowl, mix, and finally fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
2. Then pour the quark mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-covered baking dish.

3. Now bake in the preheated oven at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60–70 minutes without opening the oven door. Allow the cake to cool in the oven. Remove from the pan only after it has completely cooled.
