Make sure the wet towel is thick enough
Wipes should be thick and strong enough to not tear when washed in the machine. Try to use separate sheets rather than long strips.
Dry paper and cloth towels do not have the same effect.
Don’t try to replace wet wipes with paper or cloth. Paper isn’t strong enough and will only make your clothes and washing machine dirtier because the paper pieces will dissolve. Cloth towels won’t do either.
