- Gradually stir in the milk and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well to combine.
- Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Serve the SOS hot over buttered toast.
