Take a bowl and then add the tofu to it.
With a fork, mash it properly along with some big chunks in it.
Add the required amount of Dijon mustard, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Black salt, paprika, turmeric, and nutritional yeast in a bowl and then whisk it by adding soy milk to make a sauce.
Take a frying pan, add the butter, and melt it on the flame and then add the tofu to it and fry till brown.
Then, add the source to it and mix it well.
Fry it in the sauce until it reaches your desired texture and then shift it to the plate/ bowl.
Top it with some sliced tomatoes along with some spices. It will make it more tastier and it will look elegant.

You can use the regular salt if you do not have the black one.
