Heat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 9″ * 13″ baking tray.
Arrange the browned steaks in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and ham over the pancakes.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and mustard in a large bowl using a whisk. Pour over pork. Cover a baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake it in preheat oven for 1 hour. Remove the tin foil and bake until edges are golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about another 15 minutes.
