Glaze Ingredients:

Powdered sugar 1 cup
Unsalted butter, softened 2 tablespoons
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Whole milk 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
Making the Pie Dough:

Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Grate chilled butter into the flour mixture or cut in using a pastry blender.
Create a well in the center and gradually add ice water, mixing until dough comes together.

Divide dough in half, shape into rectangles, wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Assembling the Apple Slices:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out one dough rectangle to fit a 9×13 inch jelly roll pan.
Spread apple pie filling evenly over the dough.
Roll out second dough rectangle, place over filling, and pinch edges.
Cut vents in the top crust.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown, rotating halfway through.
Let cool on a wire rack.
Making the Glaze:

Spread glaze over cooled apple slices.
