Instructions:
Making the Pie Dough:
Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Grate chilled butter into the flour mixture or cut in using a pastry blender.
Create a well in the center and gradually add ice water, mixing until dough comes together.
Divide dough in half, shape into rectangles, wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
