The incident unfolded as Taylor reportedly fired from across the street, aiming at a car, inadvertently hitting Ludwig in the head while she was on a track at Edgehill Community Memorial Gardens Park, as disclosed by the police.
Jillian Ludwig, hailing from New Jersey, was a freshman at Belmont University in Nashville. Described as an engaged member of the community, she was known for her passion for music. Belmont University President Greg Jones expressed his condolences, highlighting Ludwig’s role as a music business major and bass player.
