120 g Butter
40 ml
2 Owner
A pinch of salt
350 ml milk
35 g fresh yeast
80 g sugar
600 g flour
For rolling: 3 packs of cinnamon sugar, 50 g butter
Preparation :
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk and add the sugar. Let the mixture rise.
Mix the flour, melted butter, oil, eggs, salt and, if desired, raisins into a smooth dough.
