Clothes with Metal Accessories or Large Decorative Beads
When washing, clothing with metal accents or ornamental beads may break away, causing damage to the drum or blockage of the pipes.

Additionally, metal attachments have the potential to harm the internal parts of the washing machine, resulting in leaks or electrical short circuits that could start a fire. Accessories should ideally be taken off before washing; if this is not possible, wash by hand.
