Ingredients :
4 quails
100 g of smoked lard
2 oranges
1 poire
1 tablespoon of spice syrup
1 tablespoon of honey
50 ml of poultry broth
1 strand of rosemary
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 190°C.
Roll up every smoked lard quail. In a hot frying pan, golden the quails on each side.
