A young Oklahoma boy whose parents were alcoholics subjected him to horrific abuse before he was placed in the care of the foster care system just had a devastating list revealed by the organization. Love and the typical pleasures of youth were never a part of the boy’s life. The only things he had ever known were neglect and hunger.
